Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ChurchPlan (the “Application”), a platform for managing a church’s activities, including songs, playlists, members, teams, events and calendars. By accessing or using ChurchPlan, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. Description of the service

ChurchPlan provides digital tools for organizing worship teams and the internal processes of churches: song library, playlists, band roles and contributions, service and event calendar, member records and other administrative modules. Available features may change over time, depending on the application version and the plan used.

2. Eligibility and access

  • The Application is intended for users authorized by a church, organization or team using ChurchPlan.
  • Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for using their account in accordance with the role assigned.
  • Access to certain sections is limited by permissions and may be changed by administrators.

3. User account

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions performed from your account.
  • You agree not to share your account with other people and to notify us without delay if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or limit access to an account if there is suspicion of abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to the legitimate interest of the community.

4. Roles, permissions and organizational data

ChurchPlan uses a system of roles and permissions to control access to content. Users may access only the churches, bands, events or modules for which they have been authorized. Local administrators are responsible for correctly configuring these permissions.

5. Content uploaded to the application

  • Users may enter and manage content such as songs, setlists, notes, events, member information and other operational data.
  • By uploading this content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share it in the context of your organization.
  • Uploading illegal, defamatory, offensive, malicious content or content that infringes the rights of others is prohibited.

Important note: songs added to the application may be visible to all ChurchPlan users, even if they are not part of the same church. Before entering any material, make sure you have the right to use it in this context.

6. Permitted use and restrictions

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or exploit the application outside its legitimate purpose.
  • You may not attempt to gain access to data, accounts or areas of the application for which you do not have explicit authorization.
  • You may not use ChurchPlan for spam, cyberattacks, introducing malicious code or any activity that affects the availability of the service.

7. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the application available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of errors. There may be periods of maintenance, updates, technical interruptions or limitations caused by third-party providers, hosting or external services.

8. Intellectual property

The application, its structure, design, source code, databases, the ChurchPlan name and associated graphic elements are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No intellectual property right in the application is transferred to users by the mere use of the service.

9. Personal data and privacy

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available in the application. By using ChurchPlan, you also accept the data processing described there, including the use of cookies strictly necessary for the session and operation of the application.

10. Account deletion and retention of certain data

Users may request or initiate account deletion under the conditions described in the application. Deleting an account does not automatically entail the removal of all operational resources created previously if they are part of the organization’s history, playlists, events or other records necessary for the church’s activity.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChurchPlan is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. Users and organizations are responsible for verifying the data entered and for using it in their current activity.

12. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend, limit or terminate access to the application for users or organizations that violate these terms, affect the security of the platform, introduce prohibited content or use the service in a way that endangers its normal operation.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect legislative, technical or functional changes. The updated version will be published in the application or on the website, and continued use of ChurchPlan after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Romania and, where relevant, by the rules of the European Union. Any dispute will be resolved amicably in the first instance and, if this is not possible, by the courts having jurisdiction according to the law.
